Job description
DRiV is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Tax to optimize the company’s tax position on mergers and acquisitions. You will report to the Global Head of Tax and work from Skokie, IL or Southfield, MI on a hybrid schedule.
You will guide tax planning for US/international tax issues, transfer pricing, and tax risk management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic transactions and compliance.
