Job description
Hyliion Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to own and scale the manufacturing engineering function across Cedar Park, TX and Milford, OH.
You will lead a hands-on, player-coach team turning engineered designs into repeatable, scalable production while partnering with Design Engineering for DFM integration. The role emphasizes building and mentoring a team, driving process validation, and owning the capital equipment program to meet ramp plans.
