Job description
LEGO Group in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Senior Manager of Molding Production to lead a high-volume injection molding operation and drive operational excellence. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and partner with maintenance, engineering, planning, and quality to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
You will champion lean practices, 5S, and value stream mapping, while guiding staffing and development to build a culture of accountability
