Senior Manager - Network & Security Operations (Healthcare)
Are you a hands-on Network & Security leader ready to manage one of the most critical healthcare environments in the industry?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Network & Security Operations to lead global teams supporting a large hospital network. This role requires a strong balance of operational leadership, technical expertise, and transformation experience, with responsibility for both BAU
Operations and Continuous Delivery/Modernization initiatives .
What You'll Do
Lead globally distributed Network & Security teams across multiple regions.
Drive operational excellence, service reliability, and major incident management.
Own network modernization, automation, and transformation programs.
Partner with executive leadership, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Ensure 24x7 availability and security of mission‑critical healthcare infrastructure.

Cisco Enterprise Networking (Catalyst, Nexus, Routing & Switching)
Meraki SD-WAN
VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN
Aruba Switching, Wireless & Aruba Central
Cisco Wireless Controllers (Legacy & Next-Gen)
Fortinet Security Solutions
What We're Looking For
12+ years of Network & Security experience with strong leadership background.
Proven success managing large-scale enterprise or healthcare environments.
Experience leading global teams across onsite and offshore locations.
Strong skills in service delivery, stakeholder management, modernization, and operational governance.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies:
