Job description
Estée Lauder Companies in New York seeks a Sr. Manager, NBE to lead the end-to-end empowerment journey for assigned brands, spanning onboarding to full enablement.
You will coordinate E2E R&D and Regulatory workstreams with Brand, NBE, Region, and Functional R&D leads to ensure alignment and timely execution. You will drive the NPL process, support new market expansion, and manage governance and executive reporting, working to accelerate speed-to-market and long-term growth.
