Job description
Good360 is seeking a Senior Manager, Nonprofit Member Experience to map, execute, and measure the nonprofit member journey from onboarding through advocacy. You will craft multi-channel communications plans, document the journey, and close gaps with data-driven improvements.
You will partner with Nonprofit Development and Gift In Kind Programs to align touchpoints, programs, and priorities, driving member engagement and revenue growth across the network.
