Position: Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting
Industry: Manufacturing

Salary: $135K-$150K

Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reporting packages for executive leadership and the parent company.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
Prepare working cash flow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process.
Prepare executive financial reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, and business performance.
Perform budget, forecast, and prior-year variance analysis.
Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting Specialist.
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
Assist with insurance administration, business licensing, and other corporate compliance activities.
Coordinate with external IT vendors supporting ERP and finance systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
8+ years of progressive accounting, finance, and FP&A experience
3+ years of people management experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial modeling
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Experience with Consumer packaged goods preferred
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred
Experience with external audits and consolidated financial reporting preferred
