Summary / Objective

Blair Cato Pickren Casterline, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to drive the firm's day-to-day marketing engine, with a primary mandate to grow the firm's social media presence and scale its podcast and YouTube network, Dishin' Dirt, into a leading source of real estate and legal content in South Carolina.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who lives in the content — planning it, producing it, posting it, and growing it — while also keeping a steady hand on the rest of the marketing function. The role carries general oversight of CRM-integrated campaigns, brand consistency, and vendor coordination , but the top priority is measurable growth in followers, subscribers, views, downloads, and engagement across social and video/podcast channels.

This position oversees content, social media, and marketing support staff and vendors , and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This position is a full-time, exempt marketing leadership role that requires strong content, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Essential Functions

Own social media strategy and growth targets across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, setting follower, engagement, and reach goals by platform and market.

Build and manage the content calendar; develop platform-specific content including reels, carousels, short-form video, and long-form posts.

Write and/or oversee copy in Blair Cato's brand voice: professional, warm, local, and authoritative.

Run always-on growth tactics, including posting cadence, hashtag/SEO and AI strategy, community engagement, and paid social boosts where appropriate.

Develop holiday, milestone, and awareness campaigns (e.g., International Women's Day, National Homeowner Month).

Coordinate with attorneys across offices to source quotes, stories, and market-specific insights for content.

Track and report social KPIs weekly/monthly, including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and content performance by platform and market.

Podcast & YouTube Growth - Dishin' Dirt and Beyond

Own subscriber, download, and viewership growth for the Dishin' Dirt network on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

Manage the flagship shows - Dishin' Dirt (hosted by Gary Pickren) and Dishin' Data (rotating managing attorneys) - including scheduling, production coordination, and episode calendars.

Coordinate attorney hosts across markets (Columbia, Horry County, Spartanburg, Greenville, Camden, Sumter, and others) for the Dishin' Data rotation.

Develop and refine episode templates, production workflows, and distribution processes to increase output and consistency.

Drive a clip-and-repurpose engine - Shorts, Reels, and highlight carousels - to convert every long-form episode into multiple growth assets.

Track episode-level performance (views, downloads, subscriber lift, leads attributed) and use the data to guide topic and host sequencing.

Test and scale distribution and promotion tactics (thumbnails, titles, YouTube SEO, cross-platform teasers) to accelerate channel growth.

General Oversight of Other Marketing Functions

Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all ten offices statewide.

Support and champion Blair Cato's identity as a client-centered firm in external-facing content.

Provide oversight of CRM-integrated marketing campaigns aligned to agent/referral partner tiers (Unicorn, Diamond, Platinum, Gold), coordinating with business development on execution.

Keep the seasonal and milestone campaign calendar current in SharePoint, synced with the CRM (SugarCRM).

Ensure firm-attended events are logged in the CRM with appropriate lead capture and post-event follow-up.

Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and other marketing vendors; manage production quality and the marketing budget with an ROI lens.

Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and workflow efficiency across the marketing function.

Reporting

Deliver regular dashboards to firm leadership covering social growth, podcast/YouTube growth, engagement, leads attributed, and overall marketing ROI.

Use performance data to recommend where to invest across content types, platforms, and attorney/host participation.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has direct supervisory responsibility over content, social media, and marketing support staff and vendors.

This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video/audio production tools. Some work may occur on location for content shoots, events, or podcast/video production.

Physical Demands

May occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. of equipment or event materials. Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and occasional standing or walking during events, shoots, or office visits.

Travel Required

Periodic travel across Blair Cato's South Carolina offices and to industry events is required to coordinate content, attorney host participation, and firm-attended functions. Some evening or weekend travel should be expected for hosted or industry events.

Required Education and Experience

3+ years of marketing experience with direct, hands-on ownership of social media growth and/or podcast or video channel growth

Demonstrated track record of growing follower/subscriber counts and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Experience producing and distributing podcast or video content, including repurposing long-form content into short-form assets

Comfort managing a content calendar and juggling multiple markets, hosts, or contributors at once

Proficiency with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar)

Strong written communication skills with a track record of producing professional, brand-consistent content

Working familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting

Experience marketing both services and products — comfortable adapting strategy for a relationship-driven, services-based business as well as a packaged or productized offering

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience in legal services, real estate, financial services, or professional services marketing

Familiarity with SugarCRM, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

Experience with SharePoint-based content calendaring and workflow management

Knowledge of South Carolina's real estate market and legal landscape

Video editing or light production skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Descript)
