Job description
HireRight, based in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive Lean initiatives across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions. You will lead value stream mapping and Kaizen events, shaping labor productivity and cost reduction initiatives with measurable business impact.
You will work with leadership to develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards, quantify financial benefits, and present executive-level business cases.
