Job description
INSPYR Solutions seeks a Senior Manager of Organizational Design in Miramar, FL to partner with senior executives on future state structures and operating models. This role leads holistic org design processes, delivering strategic assessments and elevating enterprise-wide org health.
You will drive multi-project design work, define department models with HR and senior leaders, conduct stakeholder interviews, and present data-driven recommendations.
