Job description
BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Manager for Outsourced Finance & Accounting in Maryland. You will oversee end-to-end engagements, from proposal development to staff oversight and final deliverables, while managing client relationships and ensuring profitability. Strong leadership and GAAP proficiency are essential.
The role requires seven+ years in accounting/outsourcing, a relevant Bachelor's, and ideally an MBA or CPA. Proficiency with QBO, Bill.com, NAV, and Excel is preferred.
