Job description
Role Overview: This position involves providing tax compliance and advisory services focused on pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily for Asset Management clients. The role requires overseeing client portfolios, managing teams of tax professionals, and delivering high-quality tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with tax compliance and strategic advisory services.
Lead and manage client engagements, acting as primary contact.
Supervise and mentor team members working on tax projects.
Contribute to market activities and business development efforts.
For Senior Managers: Manage engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience for Managers; eight years for Senior Managers.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Professional credentials such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA are required or must be obtained within one year if not already held.
Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading teams.
For Senior Managers: Mentoring staff and managing engagement risks.
