WebMD Ignite seeks a Manager of Account Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for retention, growth and client satisfaction across a defined book of Patient Engagement accounts.
You will travel with account managers to meet key decision makers, map solutions to client needs for upsells, oversee budgets and forecasts, and partner with Sales and Product to drive revenue and client outcomes.
