Job description
Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager in M&A Strategy & Diligence (PE focus) to lead rigorous diligences from thesis to close, translating complex data into IC-ready insights and driving value creation, synergy planning, and integration readiness.
You will manage engagement teams and partner with PE clients to navigate fast-paced deal environments, travel up to 50% as needed, and deliver high-impact outcome-focused analyses.
