Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Manager of Personal Loan Strategy to lead growth and strategic direction of the personal loan portfolio in McLean, Virginia. You will drive market expansion, optimize customer acquisition, and partner with risk, marketing, product, and technology teams.
This role requires 10+ years in strategy or consumer lending, a bachelor’s degree with master's preferred, and strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
