Job description
Deloitte offers a Senior Manager role in M&A Strategy & Diligence focused on Private Equity, leading fast-paced diligences from thesis to close. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, drive value creation, and mentor teams in competitive deal environments.
The team partners with PE clients to assess portfolio operations, develop deal strategies, and enhance investor returns through rigorous diligence and planning. Travel up to 50% may be required.
