Job description
Jazwares in Plantation, FL seeks a Manager of Continuous Process Improvement to lead automation and efficiency projects across the organization. You will apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to streamline operations, partnering with IT, BI, Finance, and Supply Chain to reduce manual work and errors, while delivering measurable ROI.
You will build business cases, manage change, and mentor staff in value stream mapping and process optimization. A hybrid on-site/work-from-home schedule is available.
