Senior Manager, Product Management – Aerospace & Defense
Lead strategy. Drive growth. Own the business.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategy, growth, and financial performance of a portfolio of Aerospace & Defense products. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a commercially minded product leader who can translate customer needs and market opportunities into profitable business growth.
You’ll operate with a general manager mindset, owning product-line performance while partnering across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development to deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Own product-line revenue, bookings, profitability, pricing, and market growth.
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.
Build strong relationships with aerospace OEMs, defense primes, government agencies, and strategic customers.
Identify emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and new product opportunities.
Develop business cases and prioritize investments to maximize portfolio ROI.
Lead cross-functional teams through influence, align priorities, and drive execution.
Represent product strategy and performance with customers and senior leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Business Development, Program Management, or a related leadership role.
Aerospace & Defense industry experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success owning P&L, pricing, revenue growth, and profitability.
Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
