Job description
EY’s Government & Public Sector practice invites a senior consultant to lead HR and change-management initiatives across federal, state, and local agencies. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams to design and implement HR operating models, organizational structures, and efficiency improvements.
You will engage with leaders, deliver practical solutions, and mentor teams while traveling 20–30% to client sites. A strong background in change management and policy development is essential.
