Role
Senior Manager in Quality Assurance Internal Auditing responsible for leading GMP, IT, and quality audits within Regeneron's IOPS.
Objectives
Ensure audit programs align with regulatory standards, maintaining inspection readiness, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies, manage cross-functional relationships, provide SME guidance, train auditors, and present metrics to leadership.
Requirements
BS/BA in Life Sciences or equivalent plus 8+ years' experience in quality systems and auditing, with leadership/supervisory background.
High-Value
GMP, IT, and Quality audits, global regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, ICH, WHO), internal and external audit management, team leadership, and process optimization.
Work Setup
Based in Troy, NY; hybrid work with 25-30% domestic and international travel.
