Job description
Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Safety & Quality to lead the quality management system and regulatory compliance across the FuzeRx operation. You will translate complex guidelines into automated workflows, ensuring data integrity, quality, safety and optimal patient experiences.
You will partner with operations, product, tech and clinical teams to scale robust SOPs, CAPA processes and audit readiness, while driving real-time analytics and KPI reporting to executive leadership.
