Apply your expertise in new ways to continue on the path of growth as a **Senior Manager, Regional Product Sales, US North and Canada*** Leads a team of Product Sales Managers selling and servicing the Rolls business area.* Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility and other communication within assigned accounts.* Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements within assigned accounts.* Overseas and manages the quotation process and supports team in the quotation process and ensure timely follow up with customers.* Will resolve communication or pipeline delays from key stakeholders internal and external* Review examine and resolve customer complaints* Provides market trends and analysis, including competitor activity, lost order tracking, and pricing changes.* Establishes professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, mill management, etc.).* Manages the territory sales forecast/budget for assigned areas* Assist in collection of accounts receivable.* Assist in data collection/distribution of marketing/sales/product launch* Assist in distribution/collection of customer satisfaction survey.* Abides by Valmet’s Manager Role competencies and behaviors for impactful leadership* Is responsible for tactical and strategic people processes including performance management, succession planning and talent reviews, engagement efforts, development, as well as lead recruiting and onboarding efforts* Travel is required for this job.What you’ll Need:* Bachelor’s degree, Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of experience.* Experience in the pulp and paper industry would be an asset* Basic knowledge of the paper making process, paper machinery, and paper machine rolls* Proven track record of leadership and ability to drive change and continuous improvement* Ability to communicate effectively and influence others in a positive way* Good understanding of sales and marketing* Excellent organizational skills, customer oriented, ability to prepare and make presentations* Able to travel in the United States and internationally**We Offer**We offer a challenging work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
