Job description
THG Beauty in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager, Retention to lead Biossance’s retention marketing across email, SMS, and loyalty. You will drive customer lifetime value and engagement while translating insights into campaigns and journeys that fuel revenue growth.
Balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution, you will partner with E‑commerce, Brand Marketing and Creative to coordinate launches and promotions. 4–6+ years in CRM or related field are preferred.
