Job description
Rocket Lab, based in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to lead analysis, prepare filings, and own complex technical schedules. The role combines deep US GAAP research with external reporting responsibilities and hands-on work in a fast-growing aerospace environment.
You will build memos under ASC topics, draft 10-Q/10-K disclosures, and manage SOX evidence while coordinating with Legal, IR, FP&A, and Tax.
