Job description
Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead ServiceNow CMDB and analytics, shaping strategy, governance, and data quality. You will partner with platform engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted data and actionable insights for service delivery and decision making.
The role directs a CMDB team, drives data quality, and enables enterprise analytics in a flexible hybrid model with in-person days at Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; and Quincy, MA.
