Job description
Clearway Health seeks a Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead accreditation readiness, audits, and staff accountability across partner sites. You will work with site leadership and quality teams to embed compliance into daily practice and support survey outcomes.
The role requires 7+ years in pharmacy leadership, active pharmacist licensure, and experience with major pharmacy IT systems. Travel includes 20% remote work and 80% on-site collaboration with clinical staff.
