Job description
EY seeks a Seasonal Senior Manager to provide tax accounting guidance and planning for clients, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, and financial statement restatements. You’ll help prepare and review the tax provision and strengthen the control environment across Sarbanes-Oxley scope.
To qualify you must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPA license or active state bar, 10+ years of professional services experience, and a solid understanding of federal income taxation
