Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards North America to lead compensation strategy and programs across Colgate and Hill's NA. You will partner with HR leadership to design, implement, and optimize total rewards while ensuring market competitiveness.
The role requires 7+ years in compensation/total rewards, strong analytics, and the ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations. Hybrid work arrangement with up to 10% travel.
