Job description
Danone North America seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Waste Elimination to drive material loss reduction and yield improvement across its U.S. manufacturing network.
This role partners with Plant Managers and senior leaders to Reduce raw material losses and Finished Goods Loss while embedding standardized approaches and continuous improvement cultura. The position requires 8+ years in manufacturing/operations and a strong track record in coaching, root cause analysis, and change management.
