Job description
Danone North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Waste Elimination to accelerate the reduction of raw material losses and finished goods losses across the U.S. manufacturing network.
The role partners with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive sustainable waste reduction and yield improvement. This highly visible position requires influencing without authority, coaching teams, and embedding a culture of waste elimination.
