Job description
CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Technology Solutions to lead the Chanel Tech_ team from Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY. You will guide this Tech Service Pillar, manage internal and external resources, and align roadmaps and operating models to support HR, Boutique Operations, and Payroll systems.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Workforce Solutions tech/HRIS, with strong experience in UKG WFM/Dimensions and payroll integrations, plus retail knowledge.
