Job description
Regions, a leading bank, seeks a Capital Markets Agency Originator to originate Multifamily loans across broad regions using Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA/HUD programs. You will lead marketing efforts, evaluate opportunities with analytic models, and work with underwriting and securitization teams to close deals.
Top candidate will have 10+ years in institutional real estate lending, strong market insight, and a proven origination track record within a collaborative regional team in Tampa, FL.
