Job description
Hidden Level is seeking a Manufacturing Director to lead on-site operations in Syracuse, NY. You will drive manufacturing execution, production capacity, and test capability while scaling processes for rapid growth.
You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to deliver reliable, high-quality products and ensure manufacturing readiness for increased demand. A strong emphasis on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement is required to succeed.
