Job description
Stabilus is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Gastonia, NC to develop, optimize, and lead manufacturing processes across assembly, machining, painting, and material handling. The role drives continuous improvement, supports APQP product launches, and implements automation to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, apply PFMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP tools, and deliver cost-saving initiatives while maintaining rigorous GD&T
