Challenge Manufacturing in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead research, design, and development of manufacturing processes, production flow, assembly methods, and equipment for high‑volume automotive assemblies.
You will apply digital manufacturing tools (Siemens Tecnomatix, NX, FlexSim), lead lean initiatives, ensure ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance, and coordinate plants, packaging, and ERP(Plex UX) integration to deliver cost reductions and quality gains.
