Job description
Werfen is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer II (Production Transfer Specialist) to drive the successful transfer of production lines across global operations. You will bridge deep process engineering with project management, owning transfer plans, process documentation, and cross-functional execution.
The role requires travel, early/late calls with international teams, and a proactive approach to quality, yield, and cost improvements through rigorous problem solving and Lean Six Sigma
