A well-established CNC machinery and automation company is adding a Manufacturing/Application Engineer to its growing team. With several decades in business, approximately 200 employees, and continued expansion into new markets, this is a position driven by steady growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $35–$50/hr + 1.5x overtime
• Top-tier benefits package + profit sharing
• 17 days PTO + 11 paid holidays
• State-of-the-art facility with continued expansion
• Approximately 40% travel, with all travel time paid
Ideal background includes:
• Experience executing turnkey processes from machine arrival through customer acceptance
• Strong CNC programming experience, with Mastercam or GibbsCAM preferred xhqgsiq
• Metal cutting experience is a plus
• NX experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and work management skills
• Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows
