Job description
LEMO seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Rohnert Park, CA to lead design, validation, and optimization of injection-molded cable assemblies. You will drive process improvements, define specs, and coordinate shop-floor execution with cross-functional teams.
The role requires 5+ years in mold/injection molding, plus CAD proficiency (Inventor/SolidWorks) and strong communication skills. On-site position with Swiss group support and growth opportunities.
