Job description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize production processes on the night shift. You will own the magnet manufacturing shift and collaborate across design, QA, and supply chain to drive efficiency and quality.
Bring 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong Lean, Six Sigma, and CAD/ERP proficiency, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
