Job description
ARCH seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across production. You will lead cross-functional teams, work with CNC machinists, setup technicians, and engineers to optimize cycles, tooling, and workflows.
You will analyze production data using ERP systems (Epicor preferred) to identify trends and opportunities. You will champion Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean deployments, investigate new technologies, and mentor operations teams on Lean principles.
