Job description
Justrite Safety Group in Mattoon, IL is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation. You will drive reliability improvements, own KPIs like OEE, and mentor maintenance staff in proactive maintenance practices.
The role requires 7–10 years in manufacturing engineering, a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree, and proven leadership in complex projects.
