Job description
Infinity Miles is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team in Sullivan, Missouri. We are developing next-generation medium-voltage power electronics and solid-state transformer technology for data centers, renewable energy, EV charging, and grid infrastructure applications.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Experience with power electronics, electrical equipment, industrial systems, or energy products
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production workflows
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and support hands-on product builds
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced power electronics systems
Support prototype-to-production transition and manufacturing scale-up
Create assembly procedures, work instructions, and quality control processes
Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives
Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams
Support supplier qualification, production planning, and process improvement activities
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing and quality issues
