Job description
Nextpower LLC, USA is seeking a Chief Engineer, Manufacturing Excellence in Mesa, AZ. This hybrid, full-time role defines technical direction, standards, and processes across internal facilities and contract manufacturers to scale solar energy manufacturing.
You will lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality, reliability, supply chain, IT, and operations to drive factory readiness, process improvement, and product launches at multiple sites.
