Job description
Shiseido Americas is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing to oversee day-to-day operations, lead supervisors and direct labor, and manage short- and long-term batch schedules. Ensure schedule execution, adherence to procedures, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
The role requires leadership to drive process improvements, scale up/down batches, and support equipment FAT and capital decisions.
