Job description
Pall Corporation is seeking an Operations Director to lead Cortland NY plant operations with 300+ associates, focusing on safety, quality, productivity and lean deployment. This on-site role reports to the VP Operations North America and Energy+.
You will develop processes to maximize safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness while aligning with DBS methodologies. You will recruit and develop a Winning Team, manage headcount and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across Manufacturing
