Job description
Precision Castparts in Gardena, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to drive throughput, safety, quality and cost efficiency. You will manage production schedules, lead a large team, and collaborate with engineering, quality, production control and suppliers to meet customer requirements.
Requirements include a BS/BA, 5+ years of manufacturing experience (aerospace, forging or machining preferred), supervisory experience with 100+ staff, and strong analytical, verbal and written communication
