Senior Manufacturing OperatorWe are hiring an experienced Senior Manufacturing Operator to join a family-owned medical device manufacturer that has been in business for more than 100 years!This is a great opportunity for someone with previous cleanroom manufacturing experience who enjoys detailed, hands on work and takes pride in producing high quality products.Senior Manufacturing Operator DutiesPerform detailed hand assembly of medical device components in a cleanroomAssemble tubing and components using hand tools and production equipmentOperate and perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipmentInspect, label, and prepare finished products for packagingComplete Device History Records, Work Orders, and other production documentationSenior Manufacturing Operator RequirementsAt least 2 years previous cleanroom manufacturing experience requiredMedical device manufacturing or regulated industry experience preferredStrong hand assembly skills and attention to detailExperience operating and troubleshooting production equipmentAbility to stand for up to 10 hours and perform repetitive assembly workLocation: Tempe, AZ Pay: $20–$22 per hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30am–4:00pmBenefits Upon Conversion100% employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.Benefits Offered by VerstelaMedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD&DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings Plan
