Job description
CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Staff Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to join the Hardware Quality & Operations organization. You will lead cross-functional build and test readiness for NPI and sustaining operations, aligning engineering, PLM, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality across ramped production and mature lines.
This role requires 8+ years in hardware program management, with strong risk management, EC/8D/CAPA experience, and the ability to deliver executive updates.
