Job description
Skydio is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead and optimize manufacturing processes for autonomous products from prototype to high‑volume production. You will drive labor standards, capacity planning, line balancing and production modeling to ensure scalable, high‑quality output.
Responsibilities include developing standardized work, leading NPI manufacturing readiness, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to implement changes and improvements, while mentoring junior staff.
