Job description
CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead cross-functional improvements across our manufacturing network. You will apply advanced analytics and engineering expertise to reduce waste, improve safety and quality, and drive cost efficiency across plants and packaging operations.
The role may be based at our Hopkins, Minnesota headquarters or performed remotely with up to 50% travel to factory sites.
